Sealed, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus original shipping. Reconstituted, opened, or damaged-by-customer vials cannot be returned for safety and product-integrity reasons.
What you can return
- Unopened, sealed peptide vials within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- Unopened bacteriostatic water vials within 14 days.
- Unused syringes and accessories (in original packaging) within 14 days.
What cannot be returned
- Reconstituted or opened peptide vials (safety / sterility).
- Custom-blend SKUs prepared to order.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
How to return an item
- Email support@peptideslabuk.com with your order number and the SKU(s) you wish to return. Subject:
Return — order #XXXX. - We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address within 1 working day.
- Pack the items securely with the RMA number visible on the outside of the package.
- Send via a tracked service. We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 24. Customer pays return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- On receipt and inspection (typically 2 working days), we issue the refund to your original payment method. Bank settlement is typically 3–5 working days.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, photograph the item and outer packaging and email the photos plus your order number to support@peptideslabuk.com within 7 working days of delivery. We will:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund including original shipping.
We cover all return postage on damaged or incorrect orders.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched for a full refund. Once the order has shipped, the standard returns process above applies.

Your statutory rights
This returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory cancellation period of 14 days from delivery for distance contracts.
